I think it’s spelled Pitocin and that worked wonders on me. I was ready 2 hours earlier than expected. I haven’t heard of either of the C- words either. But if you don’t feel comfortable with their measures-don’t do it. We have intuition for a reason. A lesson I have learned after a lot of not listening to it.

Wow. Not just no! Do not accept a cheap drug just because they want to save money. That does NOT sound safe. I know I wouldn’t do it.

Man. The more I hear from you about how this is going, the more glad I am that I went with Brookwood. I was really not given any issues ever by them. They were so sweet.

I think what they used on me was Petocin? I’ve never heard of Cervidil.

You are in my thoughts, dear. I hope you have a great birth.
I sympathize on the pain. I never had such pains, but was ill the entire time… So I know how miserable that waiting can be. Maybe they’ll let you induce sooner rather than later. I ended up being induced at 38 weeks. Ooh it was good timing.

I was induced and it went wonderfully. I asked for induction at 38 weeks. It was fine. I did the birth natural tho, no epidural and no episiotomy. … not sure what effects an induction has that are different if you do those or not?

I’m so glad you’ve decided to go with the cloth diapers, not least because I get to see what you think of them! Cute colours too, much better than the awful cartoon characters they print on disposables, just to start that consumerist conditioning nice and early…
